If the handle is on the left or the right of the window then measure from the bottom up to the pivot point. If the handle is on the bottom then measure from the left hand corner to the pivot point.

For your split location point, measure from the bottom up to the point where you want the break in the louvres.

For the dividing rail, measure from the bottom to the point where the middle of the dividing rail will be.
